Getting rid of all that christmas fat

by Michael Nielson on December 19, 2012

For many christmas is a time of happiness and enjoy some time together with your family. For most people this means that you have to eat twice as much as you do the rest of the year. Not only in America do we see this, but also in most of the European countries too and it has been this way for almost a hundred years. For many it’s not really that big of a problem, they just do a small january diet an easily loose those few extra pounds.

But for some it can really be quite the struggle to get rid of all that additional weight. They might not have the time to exercise or make their own foods which makes it a bit hard to loose weight. Many choose the easy way out and starts using weight control products such as Nutrilett, Nupo or Slankeprodukt. Others go on an Aitken diet and drop the extra weight pretty fast. But is it something to recommend for those having a problem loosing weight? Yes indeed, especially if you don’t want to count calories, spend hours at the gym or starve yourself to death, then a product like Nutrilett or Slankeprodukt might actually be an easy and simple way to loose some weight. What you have to do is replace your meals with a low calorie protein drink which contains all the vitamines and minerals your body needs. You will most likely starve a little bit for the first week, and it doesn’t taste very good but it does the job. Of the 2 products above we could recommend Slankeprodukt. Slankeprodukt just taste better than Nutrilett, especially their chokolate flavor and both products contain more or less the same amount of calories and costs pretty much the same.

But can we do something in order to help prevent this overjoy of food during christmas? Without ruining the whole fun of christmas there are a few things you can easily do in order to reduce the amount of weight you gain. The more you eat, the more you drink, thats a fact and for many people drinking means Coca Cola, Pepsi or other types of soda containing sugar. Try to replace most of these with a diet version instead or even better water. Don’t keep eating until you feel your tommy is about to explode, but instead stop when you are no longer hungry. A lot fo the joy with Christmas is eating and talking with your friend so it might be hard to just stop and watch the others eat. Instead try to eat your food slower, this should be pretty simple for most and can easily reduce the amount of calories you intake on an evening by up to 40%.

We wish you a merry Christmas and the best of luck with your january diet.
